I'm not a big breakfast eater and I know that is not ideal for weight loss or to feel energized. So recently I have started drinking whey protein shakes especially for breakfast. So to at least get something in my stomach I have begun drinking whey protein protein shakes and I have tried quite a few of them. Some good and some not so great, so when I was offered the opportunity to try Summit Nutritions Whey Protein Shakes in exchange for my unbiased opinion I immediately accepted.
I was sent three packets of single serve Whey Protein vanilla shakes and the next morning I immediately set out to try it. I was pleasantly surprised that it actually tasted very good. I loved that it is lactose free and provides 90% of protein and I used only water to mix it.
The Summit Nutritions Whey Protein Shake was as easy to mix as most protein shakes and there were no lumps when blended or shaken correctly because there is nothing worse than drinking it and finding lumps of unmixed powder.
I have found that it keeps me full for a pretty long time and that I can add fruits to it for the days that I need that extra boost.
